As a customer experience executive with a deep background in marketing, I’m known for launching innovative products that generate strong revenue and meet customer needs.

I have two decades of experience in consumer and B2B marketing and product development. During that time, I launched one of the first online banks and the first premium credit card designed for small business owners in Europe.

As Vice President of Global Voice of Customer at American Express, I developed a global platform that encompasses over 70 million B2C and B2B customers in 23 countries around the world.  It leveraged customer feedback to drive customer experience strategy and improve the design and delivery of customer experiences across American Express.

I grew up in Southern California but now consider New York City as my home.

  1. Built global Voice of Customer program for American Express encompassing 70MM+ B2C and B2B customers in 23 countries.
  2. Lead a team that increased NPS by 100% in the US and more than 50% globally (22 countries outside of the US).
  3. Recipient of 2010 Voice of Customer award from Forrester Research, credited with improving the customer experience and increasing the loyalty of millions of customers worldwide.
