Jack is a servant leader. His leadership philosophy starts with listening and understanding the viewpoint of others. Jack honed these skills while earning an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Jack is currently President of Candor Alliance, Inc. and a Board Advisor at TribeCX. Both positions focused on helping organizations better focus on their customers and stakeholders. 

Prior to starting Candor Alliance, Jack served as EVP, Global Director of Customer Experience within IPG’s McCANN Worldgroup and in account, operations and media roles at WPP’s – JWT. His diverse advertising & marketing background includes such well known and global brands as United Airlines, Bridgestone, Shell Oil, Wendy’s, Scott’s Miracle Gro, General Motors, Janssen, Cleveland Clinic, BASF, Cisco and White Castle as well as a stint on the client side at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. 

A former Scoutmaster and die-hard Cleveland Browns fan, Jack believes relationships are formed and based in trust and transparency. He calls Ann Arbor, MI home where he lives with his wife and when they visit, his grown sons.
