Amy Radin

Role: Regional Business Lead

Company: Pragmatic Innovation Partners LLC

Location: New York City

Helps change leaders succeed

Amy Radin is a marketing, digital, and innovation expert who learned and honed CX skills starting with the 13+ years she spent in general management, marketing, and product development roles at American Express – where customer experience was core to their operating philosophy long before the rest of the world caught on.

Following executive assignments at Citi, E*TRADE Financial, and AXA Group, Amy saw the opportunity to share expertise and thus scale her impact by helping many organizations. In 2014 she launched a new career, researching, documenting, and putting into practice a methodology to translate innovation aspirations into viable, scale businesses. She wrote and published the award-winning book, The Change Maker’s Playbook: How to Seek, Seed and Scale Innovation In Any Company; served on the Global Board of AICPA-CIMA; and currently advises a select portfolio of early-stage to middle market companies on growth strategies, all of which encompass CX, digital and marketing elements.

She is also the proud mother of three amazing children with her husband, Mitchell, and a Brooklyn, New York native who has never forgotten her roots (although she does cheer for the NY Yankees).
