Welcome Elizabeth Walford to TribeCX

We’re excited to have senior customer experience expert, Elizabeth Walford, join the TribeCX team.
Elizabeth Walford is an award-winning customer experience practitioner who counsels executives and their teams to strategically transform and optimise their employee and customer experience. She holds an MBA and is certified in Human Centred Design.
Based in Toronto, Canada, Elizabeth joins TribeCX as a CX Advisor, and will be coaching and leading large businesses to drive their customer change.
Previously working with global businesses such as TD Bank, Canada Life and President’s Choice Financial (Loblaws), putting customers at the heart of everything she does. As a senior CX Advisor with TribeCX, Elizabeth will work with leaders to design and deliver their customer program, and build the expertise within the business.
Elizabeth says: “I’m excited to get started and work with TribeCX.
“My deep background in Financial Services, starting in Retail Banking, Product Management, and moving into Innovation and Digital Transformation, together with CX, will enable us to deliver more value for organisations. There is a significant opportunity to optimise Customer & Employee Experience, particularly as organisations emerge from the pandemic.”
Elizabeth’s passion for customers began at the start of her career, by delivering financial planning solutions to customers at TD Bank, and over the past 10 years built her expertise in driving customer change through Human Centred Design.
