Farewell 2020, Hello 2021.
It has been a year like no other. We’ve all needed to develop new capabilities in order to make a difference to the Customer Experience from start to finish.
There have been highs and lows, ups and downs, wrongs and rights. We have learnt some lessons and helped our clients navigate some choppy waters. But overall, we can also look back with some pride on our achievements.

2021 is going to be tough for everyone, so what are TribeCX planning for the year ahead?
With the focus building capabilities to drive business outcomes from CX, we want to continue to make a difference:
- Every quarter we will take on an Intern to join us and learn about CX. We know it’s going to be especially tough for anyone trying to make a start to their career. It’s something we’ve done every year since we started, and we’re really proud of our previous Interns who have gone on to great things.
- Every 6 months our TribeCX team members will each take on a mentorship for a CX Exec. We’d welcome suggestions for mentoring, including yourself if you’d find this helpful!
- Every month we will release more white papers, smart cards, articles, and expert interviews to keep growing the CX knowledge in the market.
