National Grid CX Director joins TribeCX

We’re excited to announce the joining of Clare Naunton to TribeCX, as a Senior CX Lead and Regional Business Advisor.
Clare Naunton formerly worked at National Grid for 20+ years, building a successful and professional business career leading complex strategic and behavioural change across the energy industry, delivering tangible CX results.
Clare brings a positive and passionate outlook, with a strong focus on leadership, as she focuses on building high-performance teams, strategic relationships and delivery of outcomes.
TribeCX is proud to have previously worked with Clare Naunton at National Grid as she lead a CX programme initiative, to define and execute the customer ambition, strategy and roadmap for delivery, which saw customer satisfaction scores improve from 7.9 to 8.5, delivering 200% ROI for CX initiatives, and an improved NPS of +50 points.
