How we work
You buy our products as a subscription. This means you choose your product and pay monthly. Or save by paying for a 12-month subscription. Subscriptions to TribeCX Go, Jump and Drive gives you access to all toolkits. And when we add more, you get them as well within your existing subscription. When you subscribe to TribeCX Base you will get access to 2 toolkits. And you choose which toolkits you want.
Your TribeCX Hub
When we receive your order, we’ll activate your account and send access details to your TribeCX Hub. This is the place where your account information and TribeCX toolkits and tools are stored. It is your TribeCX workspace.
Being part of our Community
Being a practitioner led community, you’ll be the one who shapes the things we do. Our community is the heartbeat of TribeCX. It is a place where you’ll collaborate with our Tribal Elders (those who have tried and tested CX best practice). You can share your own experiences or connect with someone like you to see how they are doing things.

And now you can road test our Tribal Elders. With your subscription you can listen or ask questions (depending on which product you signed up to) in the monthly webinars with our Tribal Elders.
