As Vice President of Global Voice of Customer at American Express, I developed a global platform that encompasses over 70 million B2C and B2B customers in 23 countries around the world. It leveraged customer feedback to drive customer experience strategy and improve the design and delivery of customer experiences across American Express.
I grew up in Southern California but now consider New York City as my home.
